About the services
Abel Montclair offers spiritual services: love reconciliation, protection, cleansing, unblocking and traditional rituals. These services do not replace medical, psychological, legal or financial advice or care. They are for adults only.
The first consultation is free and without commitment. When spiritual work is agreed, its nature and terms are set with you before starting, and payment only takes place once the agreed result has been seen.

What we receive
- Through the form: your first name, your phone number and/or email, your city and province, the type of situation, your preferred format and your message. We also receive a request reference, its date and, if you came from one of our ads, the Google Ads click identifier (gclid, gbraid or wbraid) and campaign parameters.
- By WhatsApp, phone or email: whatever you choose to share with us.
- Audience measurement and advertising: technical browsing data (pages viewed, clicks on contact buttons), through Google Analytics and Google Ads.
The map's “Find my exact location” feature uses your device's location only inside your browser, to find the nearest city. This location is never sent or stored.
Why
To answer your request, arrange the consultation and its follow-up, and measure how well our ads work. Nothing is sold.
Who has access
Abel Montclair, and the providers the website needs to work: Netlify (hosting and form reception), Google (audience measurement and advertising) and WhatsApp (Meta) if you choose to contact Abel that way. These providers may store data outside Quebec and Canada, especially in the United States.
Retention
Your requests and messages are kept for as long as needed to answer and follow up, and at most 3 years after our last contact, then deleted — sooner if you ask. Click identifiers kept in your browser expire after 90 days.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, and withdraw your consent, by writing to abelmontclair.contact@gmail.com. You can also contact the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
